On Android devices:

  1. A notification appears on your mobile device while a backup is running. The notification displays the backup progress bar.
  2. Tap on the notification to open the app in the Backup progress screen and to view progress or to stop the backup. If the backup was canceled or was not successful, the notification will open the Backup report.
  3. The notification disappears automatically when the backup is completed.

On IOS devices:

  1. A notification appears on your mobile device when a scheduled daily, weekly or monthly backup is due.
    Opening the notification is required to start running the backup in the app.
  2. Tap on the notification to start running the backup in the Backup progress screen, to view the progress or to stop the backup.
