Tap the  Settings tab on the home screen to view all the mobile app settings.

  • Content to back up: This option allows you to see and select the content types you want for your next mobile device backup.
    See the Choose content types to back up section for more details.
  • Backup schedule: This option allows you to see the date and time of your next scheduled backup and to set automatic backup schedules.
    See the Set automatic backup schedule section for more details.
  • Enable instant uploads: This option allows you to automatically upload new photos and videos in the background.
    Tap ON to enable the option and OFF to disable it.
  • Keep all backed up files: This option allows you to keep a copy of all backed up files, even if they are deleted from the local device.
    Tap ON to enable the option and OFF to disable it.

  • Back up when charging: This option allows you to only run a backup while the phone is connected to the power source.
    Tap ON to enable the option and OFF to disable it.
  • Back up over Wi-Fi: This option allows you to run a backup while the phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network, and not over mobile data.
  • Manage subscriptions: This option allows you to view the current payment plan for your subscription including next payment info and billing history. To change credit card information and to cancel your subscription.

    Tap ON to run a backup only while the phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network or
    OFF to allow backup with both Wi-Fi and mobile data connections.

Keep all backed up files

When files are deleted from your phone, the files can be kept in your backup on your Memori Cloud, or the files can be deleted from the backup to match the content on the phone.

  1. Tap Yes or No to select the setting you want.
  • YES: Tap Yes to keep all content without deleting any files from the Mobile backup that have been deleted from the phone. The Mobile backup includes the accumulate files from each backup.
  • NO: Tap NO to synchronize the backup with your phone. This means that any files deleted from your phone will be removed from your backup. The Mobile backup will always keep a snapshot of your phone’s latest content set.
